Approach: When Bed, Bath & Beyond wanted to modernize and elevate its Gift Registry, I worked with a select team to create the "Bring Happy Home" concept. The brand needed strong assets that appealed to Millennials and could wrestle market share from competitors like Williams Sonoma. We brought humanity to the campaign with the addition of real-life settings and experiences, to nod to the way that actual registrants live and shop, giving the customer a cohesive experience across all channels. The complete creative overhaul also included consultation on internal processes that resulted in significant time and cost efficiencies.

Deliverables: Logo, graphic system, 120 page print and digital brochure, brand collateral, swag, CMR and website refresh
