Scope: Creative direction, creative strategy, establishing brand codes, messaging and identity, packaging, web design, VM, photography, films, PR, branded events, TV segments, retail/e-tail, social, UX and CRM
Approach: As Creative Director, I led this global rebranding project from concept to execution. Collaborating with a talented team, both internal and external agencies, we created a unified brand identity and codes. This involved developing clear messaging, a strong visual language, and a commitment to sustainable packaging.
The project extended beyond core branding. I partnered with external agencies to create a beautiful and user-friendly website designed with a focus on online shopping. I also oversaw the redesign of in-store visual merchandising in Sephora and developed design strategies for TV home shopping appearances. Additionally, all photography, films, social media content, and PR events were codified with a brand playbook.
This comprehensive project resulted in a successful relaunch, strengthening Josie Maran's presence across its retail channels at Sephora, Amazon, QVC and online presence at Josiemaran.com.
